Mini excavators are core equipment widely used in overseas small-scale infrastructure, rural renovation and earthwork projects. Most purchasers only compare parameters and quotations, ignoring whether the equipment adapts to local construction environments. Soil hardness, dust concentration, working space and temperature differences all directly affect machine performance and service life. Complex working conditions such as heavy dust, broken stones and muddy ground put forward higher requirements for hydraulic tightness, undercarriage durability and heat dissipation performance. Theoretical parameters cannot solve actual wear problems in harsh environments. Reasonable model selection based on real working scenarios can effectively reduce unexpected downtime, frequent maintenance and project delays, stabilize long-term operation, and help buyers control overall operating costs.
